1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of airlinerinsider.com and any subscription you hold with Airliner Insider. By accessing the site or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Airliner Insider is an independent aviation news and analysis publication. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Airliner Insider regarding your use of the site and any subscription.

2. Subscriptions

Airliner Insider offers a free membership tier and paid membership tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select at signup.

Founding Member subscriptions are offered at a permanently locked rate for the first 100 subscribers. That rate will not increase for the lifetime of the subscription provided it remains active and in good standing.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Airliner Insider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate applicable to your chosen plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period already charged.

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but are non-refundable after the first 14 days from the date of purchase.

The 7-day free trial available on paid tiers will not be charged if cancelled before the trial period ends.

Airliner Insider reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Founding Member rates are exempt from price changes.

3. Content and intellectual property

All content published on airlinerinsider.com, including articles, briefings, analysis, charts, data visualisations and any other materials, is the intellectual property of Airliner Insider unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, scrape or commercially exploit any content from this site without prior written permission from Airliner Insider. Brief quotation with clear attribution and a link to the original article is permitted for non-commercial purposes.

Paid subscribers may share individual articles with colleagues for personal reference but may not distribute content systematically or use it for commercial purposes without a corporate licence.

4. Financial disclaimer

All content published on Airliner Insider is provided for informational and journalistic purposes only.

Nothing published on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or any other form of regulated financial guidance. Airliner Insider is not a regulated financial adviser and does not hold any financial services authorisation.

Readers should conduct their own independent research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment or financial decision. Airliner Insider accepts no responsibility for any financial loss, trading loss or other loss arising from reliance on content published on this site.

Airliner Insider endeavours to publish accurate and timely information. However, we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of any content published on this site. Information may become outdated and should not be relied upon as current without independent verification.

7. User conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to share your subscription credentials with others. You agree not to attempt to circumvent any access restrictions on paid content.

Corporate use of a single subscription across multiple users requires a corporate licence. Contact us at editor@airlinerinsider.com for corporate licensing terms.

8. Third party services

This site uses third party services including Stripe for payment processing, Ghost for publishing and membership management, and TradingView for market data widgets. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Airliner Insider is not responsible for the practices of third party services.

Market data displayed on this site is provided by TradingView and may be delayed. It is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for trading decisions.

9. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at airlinerinsider.com/privacypolicy. By using this site you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

Airliner Insider reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email with 14 days notice.
